The history of Rainbowsheep is the English version of Regenboogschaap, a webshop which has been founded by Mireia Damwichers in March 2008. As a student Marketing Communication Management, I wanted to experience the whole 'game' of buying and selling and  the marketing(communication) related to this.

I started with the core business: felting but little by little the webshop expanded to the size it currently has.

The uniqueness of the webshop is the fact that all materials are bought with my Waldorf background; natural materials, high quality wooden toys (all made in Europe, so no child labour!) and  friendly shaped.

Currently the webshop has the handycrafts side; knitting, felting, crocheting (granny squares and amigurumi) and Waldorf doll making.

Next to that, the webshop has a number of high quality (Waldorf)brands for wooden toys; Grimms Spiel und Holzdesign, Ostheimer, De Speelgaard and Heimess.

Next to that, there are (Waldorf) gifts like the post cards (made by Baukje Exler; a Waldorf teacher) Bee wax canddles (made of 100% bee wax!)
